RALEIGH, NC (WWAY) — The Powerball jackpot keeps on growing as it now stands at $325 million for Wednesday’s drawing. A winner could claim the jackpot as a $325 million annuity or $145.3 million in cash.

A Georgia Powerball player was one number shy of the estimated $309 million jackpot — but still netted a life-changing prize. The lucky player won $1 million after matching five white ball numbers but not the Powerball in the drawing Monday, July 21, per the Georgia Lottery’s website.

A Frisco resident won a $2 million Powerball prize from the July 9 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at the Walmart Supercenter located at 8555 Preston Road in Frisco. The winner chose to remain anonymous.

Someone who played Powerball in Connecticut on Saturday night won $150,000! The winning numbers were 28-48-51-61-69 and the Powerball was 20. Powerplay was X3. The $150,000 winner matched four of the five numbers as well as the Powerball.
