The Air India plane crash resulted in one of the deadliest aircraft crashes in the world, claiming the lives of 241 souls on board and many others on the ground, with only one survivor successfully walking out of the accident scene.

It seemed impossible, but shortly after news broke that an Air India flight had crashed in the city of Ahmedabad, video started circulating on social media showing a man walking from the scene in a bloodstained shirt.

Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, seated in 11A, near the emergency exit, emerged as the sole survivor of the Ahmedabad plane crash.
