In a different vein, Cleveland is not putting Sanders, whom the New York Giants passed on as their franchise QB, in the best position to succeed early in his career thanks to competition. This offseason, they’ve added three other new quarterbacks: Joe Flacco (signing), Kenny Pickett (trade) and Dillon Gabriel (draft, third round).

Alongside Sanders, the Browns’ quarterback room consists of former Steelers first-round pick Kenny Pickett, veteran Joe Flacco, injured starter Deshaun Watson, who could potentially miss the entire season due to a ruptured Achilles tendon, and third-round pick Dillon Gabriel.

The Browns have released all of the jersey numbers for Shedeur Sanders, the rest of the rookies, and even veterans changing their numbers.
