The Prince of Wales, whose mother Princess Diana died when he was just 15, spoke with bereaved children in Cheshire on Wednesday

After chatting with William, 16-year-old Clayton described the prince as "a genuine person, very down to earth," noting, "Obviously, he's been through the same situation as a lot of people so you can see when he does say he's glad of what we're doing, it's important because he knows what it's like for others."

The Prince of Wales has travelled to Chesire today to visit a bereavement centre in Widnes, where he opened up about grief and how young people can manage it. Prince William visited Child Bereavement UK to see how its service is making a positive difference for bereaved families in the northwestern area.

The Prince of Wales has spoken to teenagers about dealing with bereavement during a visit to a charity. William travelled to Widnes, Cheshire, on Wednesday to see the work done by Child Bereavement UK, of which he has been a patron since 2009.
