A devoted dad has been identified as one of the two steel workers killed from an explosion at a Pennsylvania steel plant on Monday, officials said.

Workers returned​ to U.S. Steel Clairton Coke Works on Tuesday morning, one day after an explosion killed two people.

The explosion, followed by several smaller blasts, could be felt in the nearby community and prompted county officials to warn residents to stay away from the scene so emergency workers could respond.
