Three people are dead, including a suspected shooter who has now been identified, after multiple people were shot at an ice arena in Rhode Island on Monday, the police chief confirmed Monday afternoon.

Two people were killed in a shooting at an ice rink in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on Feb. 16, before the shooter reportedly died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.
