Thousands of fans came out to celebrate England’s back-to-back Women’s European Champions in London as coach Sarina Wiegman and her players were given a homecoming to remember.

England have won the European Championship for the second time in a row, beating Spain 3-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw. Goalkeeper Hannah Hampton was the hero, saving two penalties before Chloe Kelly smashed in the winning spot kick.
