Detroit Lions safety Morice Norris, who was taken off the field in an ambulance late in a preseason game last week, is in concussion protocol and doing well, coach Dan Campbell said Monday. "We're going to take it nice and easy here to make sure he's good over the next 10 to 14 days and reassess," Campbell said. "That's good news."

Dan Campbell said the Lions would take it easy with Norris for the next 10-14 days, and then see where he is at.

Lions defensive back Morice Norris is back in Detroit, and that's a definite positive. After the scary head injury Norris suffered in the Lions' preseason game Friday night in Atlanta, it's great to hear that Norris is progressing well.
