Radko Gudas is public enemy No. 1 in Canada, something the Czech defenceman is used to by now. Gudas appeared to wrestle Sidney Crosby to the ground before the captain left Canada’s quarterfinal matchup at the Olympics on Wednesday with an injury.
This is the second time Gudas will represent Czechia in the Olympics. He played in three games during the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, the last time NHL players participated in the winter games. Ducks goalie Lukas Dostal will also repsent Czechia at the games.
For a long time the best hockey player in the world, winning the Stanley Cup three times and the gold medal at the Olympics twice, Crosby has since been passed for that distinctio
