A winter storm is aiming at Delaware again. Where the snow will hit is the biggest question. Here's what we know.

The bad news is Sussex County will, again, get the brunt of the snowfall in Delaware. The good news is that forecasted snow totals are only in the 1-3 inch range. The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, is calling for 1 to 3 inches of snow throughout the state.

Between 3-5 inches of snow is expected over in Philadelphia, along with lower Montgomery County and upper Gloucester, Camden and Burlington counties in South Jersey. The highest snow totals are expected across the southern half of Delaware and through Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland counties in South Jersey.

Delaware was among more than two dozen states that were slammed by a deadly winter storm that produced heavy snow and ice across the U.S. this week. The Director of Community Relations for the Delaware Department of Transportation Charles McLeod joined FOX Weather on Tuesday morning to break down some of the challenges the state is facing as cleanup efforts continue.

Though the worst of the storm ended late Monday, Tuesday morning commuters in parts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware can expect slippery roads and blowing snow.

A significant winter storm will affect Philadelphia and the surrounding areas Monday morning, and a state of emergency is currently in effect across South Jersey.

Snow began early Monday morning in Delaware and South Jersey before spreading into Philadelphia and areas to the north. Monday afternoon, the reverse occurred with snow tapering off from north to south through Philadelphia.
