The Vancouver Whitecaps are going through one of their best seasons in the MLS. One point behind San Diego in the Western Conference table, Jesper Sørensen wants to reinforce his roster to keep the Caps in the fight. According to GiveMeSport, the Caps have all but made official the last details to sign former Bayern Munich legend Thomas Müller.

Now, according to Give Me Sport, the Whitecaps are finalizing a deal to sign Müller. This comes following an earlier report on by Manuel Veth from Transfermarkt, who stated that the Whitecaps had come to a preliminary agreement with FC Cincinnati for the discovery rights.
