Pack your bags! We are going back to Camp Green Lake. A series adaptation of the 1998 novel Holes by Louis Sachar has been ordered to pilot, according to Variety and Entertainment Weekly.
The book tells the story of Stanley Yelnats, a boy uncovering his family’s connection to Camp Green Lake while serving time for a crime he didn’t commit.
As the film’s title suggests, the camp’s inmates are made to dig holes in the dried-up lake every day, all while avoiding creepy venomous, yellow-spotted lizards.
