Lakers forward/center Christian Wood will be sidelined for at least two months – including likely missing the start of the 2024-25 season – after having another left knee surgery.

Wood had previously missed games late last season due to an ailment in the same knee he just had surgery on. He underwent arthroscopic surgery on that knee in March, which ended his 2023-24 campaign.
