The Department of Motor Vehicles has announced that in observance of Veterans Day, offices will be closed. On November 11th, the DMV offices throughout the county will be closed. The closure is in observance of Veterans Day.

The Veterans Day holiday began more than a century ago, albeit under a different name, as a celebration of the end of World War I.
