There are five members of Team USA competing at the Olympics who are over 40. Two of them have won medals at the Milan Cortina Games: 40-year-old Kaillie Humphries and 41-year-old Elana Meyers Taylor. NBC News’ Molly Hunter reports.

USA battles Canada for the gold medal in Women’s Hockey at the 2026 Winter Olympics on Thursday. Team USA has dominated the tournament so far, but gets its toughest test against its northern rival. The teams clashed in the preliminary round, a 5-0 American rout, but Canada did not have one of its top stars in captain Marie-Philip Poulin.
