The Boston Restaurant Talk blog first reported on Tree House's intentions. The Licensing Board says the 35,000 square-foot space will include a tasting room with seating for 121 customers, as well as a 3,190 square-foot patio area within the Prudential Center.

Tree House Brewing Co. plans to open a two-story taproom and brewery in Boston's Prudential Center, expanding from curb-side pickup to full service.

If given the green light, Tree House’s new location would include a brewing and distilling infrastructure, a taproom, an outdoor patio, and a retail shop. Products sold by Tree House, found in Monson in 2011,
