The Voice has named its winner for the 28th season: 20-year-old Aiden Ross, a member of Niall Horan’s team. Prior to the win, Aiden was one of six remaining contestants, including Ralph Edwards, DEK of Hearts,

Aiden Ross' journey on season 28 of 'The Voice' is coming to a close, and the college student has had a remarkable run.

Ross’ “Winner Takes It All” is the third-most liked performance on Instagram, with just over 14,000. But his other finale performance, a rendition of JVKE’s “golden hour,” is close behind with over 12,000 likes, indicating the contestant’s popularity is a little more consistent across the board.

College Station native and Texas A&M sophomore Aiden Ross won season 28 of NBC's "The Voice" Tuesday night. Ross, 20, is studying industrial engineering at the university and he grew up on his family's strawberry farm near College Station.

“ The Voice ” has now reached the finale — and for the first time all season, the contestants are singing live. On Monday night, the competition’s top six performed two songs — one contemporary, one classic — for a shot at becoming the Season 28 champion.

The season 27 winner of the show was Adam David from Team Bublé, and he stayed busy throughout 2025 after his major victory. Adam booked multiple performance gigs through the end of that year, including singing the “Star Spangled Banner” at Florida’s “Stars and Strings” concert.
