COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KCRG) - Democratic Iowa State Rep. J.D. Scholten is suspending his U.S. Senate campaign and will endorse Iowa State Rep. Josh Turek. According to Turek’s campaign, Scholten will join Turek Monday in Council Bluffs to make the announcement official.
