The Los Angeles Chargers have canceled their joint practice with the LA Rams this week. Rams coach Sean McVay says the decision was because of injury concerns among the Chargers.

The Los Angeles Rams were scheduled to practice with the Chargers this Wednesday but that scrimmage had to be canceled. Sean McVay told reporters after Saturday's win over the Dallas Cowboys that he talked to Jim Harbaugh and because of a growing list of injuries, the Chargers won't be able to practice with the Rams.

In wake of the cancellation of Wednesday's joint practice with the Chargers, Rams head coach Sean McVay said Sunday the team is in the process of setting one up with the Saints for Thursday.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott told Rams owner Stan Kroenke that he expects the two teams to go head-to-head in this year's NFC title game.

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott met up with Los Angeles Rams ownership ahead of Saturday's preseason game and promised to see them in January.

"We'll meet y'all in the NFC Championship," Prescott told Kroenke. The Rams advanced last season to the NFC divisional round of the playoffs. The Cowboys went 7-10 last year, but that was largely due to Prescott missing more than half of the year due to an injury.
