Man in custody, accused of dragging motionless dog down the street, lighting it on fire in Queens
SOUTH OZONE PARK, Queens (WABC) -- A man is in custody after police say he dragged a motionless dog down a residential block in Queens and set it on fire. Police have charged 29-year-old Isaiah Gurley with torture, aggravated cruelty to animals and arson.
The brindle pit bull, left to burn, was found on 128 Street and 116 Avenue in South Ozone Park at early Thursday, cops said.
