GLENDALE, Ariz. — A man has died after being hit by a vehicle in Glendale, according to authorities. The Glendale Police Department said the incident Sunday just before 11 a.m. at the 5900 block of Melinda Lane near 59th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.

Built in 2013, this 370-unit apartment complex at 21155 N. 56th St., Phoenix, sold for $126 million on Jan. 23. Another Phoenix apartment property has changed hands for more than $100 million — the second one this month.

January is usually a slow month too, but a surge in Valley million-dollar sales after the election could push up prices and sales this month.
