AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Sebastián Driussi is rejoining Argentine club River Plate after four years with Austin in Major League Soccer. The 28-year-old Driussi scored 51 goals with 22 assists over 115 games in all competitions. He was an All-Star in 2022.
Austin FC will look very different this year following the departures of many key figures in the club's short history.
Driussi joined Austin FC in July 2021 and made his debut that August. He is the club's all-time leading scorer, having tallied 45 goals in 106 appearances.
