California and other liberal-led states sued the Trump administration Tuesday over a measure aimed at defunding Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide.

Planned Parenthood has won a partial victory in a legal fight with President Donald Trump’s administration over its efforts to defund the organization in tax legislation.

Planned Parenthood has said if it is "defunded," nearly 200 of its centers across 24 states would be at risk of closure - impacting millions of patients.
