Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers, whom she accused of physical abuse, claimed that the actress was cheating on him with another man, and also made his own accusations of abuse, in an interview with TMZ.

Denise Richards has been granted a temporary restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers after alleging abuse and possession of unregistered guns.

The actor and reality TV star said in the request for the restraining order that Phypers “repeatedly abused me during the marriage” and “threatened to kill me and himself and the police.”
