PHOENIX – Containment continues to grow incrementally on the Dragon Bravo Fire, which has been burning north of the Grand Canyon for around six weeks. There will be a community meeting on Monday, Aug. 18 at the Fredonia High School gym where the public will be allowed to submit questions to the Incident Management Team.

At nearly 145,000 acres, the Dragon Bravo Fire burning at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is one of the largest wildfires in Arizona history. And it’s also the first wildfire on record to have burned both in and outside the canyon’s basin.
