An Arapahoe County jury has returned a guilty verdict for first-degree murder in the trial of James Craig, the Colorado dentist accused of poisoning and killing his wife with poison.

James Craig displayed hardly any emotion on Wednesday afternoon as the jury delivered a unanimous verdict — guilty of murdering Angela Craig, his wife of 23 years.

The lead detective in the case against James Craig testified that he wrote a note to paint a different picture of what happened to his wife, as investigators pinned down how Angela Craig died.
