An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 4-year-old girl who was inside her mother’s car when it was stolen in Illinois. The car has since been located, but the child has not, say police.

An Amber Alert remains in effect for 4-year-old Blessing J. Aoci, who went missing Thursday morning after the car she was in was stolen while left running outside a residence in Rock Island, about 170 west of Chicago.
