U.S. Secretary of Education Linda Mahon on Tuesday didn’t rule out a plan to end statewide standardized testing in Oklahoma during a local visit focused on limiting federal involvement in public education.

McMahon said the point of this tour is to actually put herself out of a job and make sure the states can handle the responsibility themselves.
