A shortage of intravenous and injectable saline solutions in the United States has now been resolved, U.S. Food and Drug Administration commissioner Martin Makary said on Friday.

The Saline County Sheriff’s Office reports it happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. on K-140 Highway near Reese Road, east of Brookville.

According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, K140 Highway is closed as authorities work a fatal crash scene.
