Federal prosecutors say they have charged the man suspected of puncturing a Border Patrol vehicle's tire during an immigration enforcement operation in Sacramento.

Formal charges have been filed against a man accused of puncturing a U.S. Customs and Border Protection vehicle during a raid at a Sacramento-area Home Depot. A news release from the U.S. Department of Justice said a criminal complaint for Jose Manuel Castillo Jr.
