Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson have made their red carpet debut. Days after a source confirmed to " Good Morning America " that the Grammy-winning rapper and the Dallas Mavericks Guard were officially an item, the duo stepped out Wednesday night for a glamorous evening in New York City.

Thompson is currently a guard for the Dallas Mavericks. He joined the Mavs in 2024 after playing 13 seasons (and winning four NBA championships) with the Golden State Warriors. Athleticism runs in the family: Thompson's dad Mychal and older brother Mychel are both former NBA stars; his other brother Trayce currently plays Major League Baseball.

The two sparked dating rumors earlier this month after Megan posted a pic with a low-key Klay in the background. They made their official red carpet debut on July 16 at her inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in NYC, where she gushed that her favorite thing about Klay is that he's "the nicest person I've ever met in my life."
