There are currently two offers more or less on the table for Kuminga. There's the one-year, $7.9 million qualifying offer. And there's a two-year, $45 million proposal by the Warriors. Kuminga wants the $7.9 million more than the $45 million, per Slater.

With that being said, a new report has come out about Kuminga and his current situation with Golden State. Anthony Slater of ESPN has reported that Kuminga rather accept his one-year, $7.9 million qualifying offer rather than taking the two-year, $45 million with a team option that the Warriors have offered him.
