After the resignation of Jim Schwartz, the Browns have found their next defensive coordinator.

BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) – ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler is reporting that the Cleveland Browns are hiring Mike Rutenberg as the team’s new defensive coordinator.

With the Browns, Rutenberg will be tasked with keeping Schwartz’s scheme intact in order to maximize the talents of Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward, who are both coming off of Pro Bowl seasons.
