Steven Kwan hit a go-ahead sacrifice fly in the 10th inning as the Cleveland Guardians rallied to edge the host Chicago White Sox 6-5 on Sunday.

Cantillo was sent out in the bottom of the sixth to continue to face the Chicago lineup. After a strikeout, Andrew Benintendi hit a solo homer and the pitching change was finally called for.
