T.J. Watt wants a contract reflecting the value at the top of the market in his next contract but it seems the Pittsburgh Steelers are hesitant to rush on such a commitment because of the defensive star's age.

The Pittsburgh Steelers did not have T.J. Watt at their mandatory minicamp this week. Head coach Mike Tomlin did not seem overly concerned about his future with the team, stating they are in constant communication with one another.

Contract issues can make or break rosters, and if a superstar feels they are being undervalued, they will often strong arm their way into a new deal before they take the field. That appears to be the case for Pittsburgh Steelers star pass rush T.J. Watt.
