For the first time, some of the same evidence the jury considered in its conviction of former MLB pitcher Dan Serafini, 51, can now be seen by the public.

Former MLB pitcher Dan Serafini was convicted of murder and attempted murder for shooting his in-laws at their Homewood, California, home in 2021.

Serafini is scheduled to be sentenced on August 18. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
