✨Nonna’s Authentic Cannoli Shell Recipe ✨ ⭐️⭐️FOR THE SHELLS⭐️⭐️ -10 tablespoons of Marsala - 2 egg yolks - 6 TBSP of water - 8 TBSP of full fat milk - 6 TBSP of lard or unsalted butter - 8 TBSP of white sugar - Plain flour, add as needed 1. In a large bowl, add the Marsala, egg yolks, water, milk and stir. Add you are stirring, add in the melted lard/unsalted butter. 2.
