The Oak Court Mall is set to be demolished as part of a mixed-use development plan from Oak Court Partners LLC. Josh Poag of Poag Development Group, along with Scott Kern of KPS Development, is part of Oak Court Partners LLC's leadership team. The group purchased the mall in November 2023 for $18.3 million.
