The chin can be a complicated area to shave. Sometimes I pull the skin to make it flatter and I also make different movements with my mouth to change the tension. Slow and with light pressure can help. What has helped me over the last 40 years: Hot shower first? Pretreat with shave oil? Good shave soap? Fresh good razor? Lighter pressure? Tighten skin?
