A failed asylum seeker has been found guilty at the Old Bailey of trying to break into London’s Israeli Embassy to launch a knife attack. Abdullah Albadri, 34, a Kuwaiti national has been found guilty for preparing a terrorist act and two counts of possession of a bladed article. Disturbing evidence has emerged during the sentencing trial of Tanner Horner, the FedEx driver who pleaded guilty to killing a 7-year-old girl Athena Strand in Texas. In closing arguments on Tuesday morning, Wise County District Attorney James Stainton told jurors that the only just outcome of the trial is the death penalty.
