How do you scan an NFC tag with an Android phone? The location of a phone’s NFC antenna changes between phone brands, and between models. The antenna is always located on the back of the phone, but it can be anywhere: top, middle, or bottom. We suggest slowly running the NFC tag along the back of your Android phone until you get a scan. Try to scan the same spot next time and you should get a scan straight away. Some Android devices come with NFC turned off, make sure it’s turned on if you can’t
